What's new this week
Eleven more guides, including our first two dedicated "planning angle" pages rather than place-specific guides:
Neighbourhoods: Balmain (a quiet harbourside village most visitors never reach) and a proper Circular Quay & CBD guide, covering the practical case for staying in the city centre itself.
Things to do: Luna Park's harbourside Ferris wheel, and a full breakdown of Sydney's whale-watching season — including where to watch for free from land.
Food & drink: Seafood beyond the Fish Market, and a dessert and ice cream guide covering pavlova and the rest of Sydney's sweeter side.
Day trips: Two more countryside escapes — Kangaroo Valley and the Southern Highlands for wild kangaroos and cool-climate villages, and Jenolan Caves for one of the world's oldest cave systems (with an honest note on whether the extra distance is worth it).
Practical info: Our first two angle-specific guides — a proper Sydney with Kids page, and a Sydney on a Budget guide focused on what's genuinely free.
A shift starting next update
With over 50 guides now live, we're going to start cross-linking more heavily between pages (already underway in this batch) and begin layering in genuine second-language content beyond the homepage. Thanks for following along — as always, get in touch with requests.
